For the life of any of our products, Think It By Hand will repair or replace any item that is defective due to materials or workmanship at no charge.

Think It By Hand will replace, at no charge or shipping cost to you, any five foam components per set that are lost or damaged, regardless of cause. This customer service policy applies to each one of our Velcro™ sensitive sets.

We recommend that you inventory your set(s) each semester to determine your needs for this part of our customer service guarantee. We are here to support and serve you.
